Ubuntu in South Africa Campaign

Our home, here in South Africa, needs our help. The Cradle of Humanity needs its humanity back; Ubuntu  back now!! So let's join together and bring Ubuntu, Peace, Stability back home.

My call is this: from tonight, Wednesday 12 September 2012, let every home focus on bringing light back into this country through prayer / meditation/ ukuphahla / speaking to our Elders/Amadlozi. We should do this at the same time each week, and I propose 9pm every Wednesday.

Let us do something and stop commenting from the sidelines!! Create those Facebook pages and Twitter #tags. This is my part ..... MAD-G

Is ours a dying culture?

My 'other' job is as a Traditional Medicine Specialist at SABS. My task involves lots of research, an activity that I find surprisingly enjoyable especially as it is not my immediate background.  As any researcher will tell you, now and again, you begin to pick up patterns of ideas around a subject and this can either confirm what you know or show you that you actually don't know or even start to shatter the illusions you had about how much you thought knew about something!

Would you use African Traditional Medicines if it was packaged conveniently?
